Comprehensive Strategy for Growth, Financial Management, and Collaborative Partnerships
- To undertake all necessary initiatives and actions for the growth and advancement of the institution
- To prepare and present the institution’s annual report and annual budget in a timely and systematic manner
To obtain grants, loans, and financial assistance from various government, non-government, and private organizations to fulfill the objectives of the institution. These include, but are not limited to:
State Government, Central Government, local bodies, charitable individuals, corporate organizations, government and semi-government offices, Department of Social Welfare (State and Central), Social Welfare Advisory Board, CAPART, AWADH, NABARD, SIDBI, Ministry of Human Resource Development, UNICEF, DWCRA, SIPSA, Save India, Helpage India, Oxfam India, SUDA, DUDA, World Health Organization (WHO), National Women’s Fund, World Bank, CARE, Forest Department, Ministry of Forest, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, Department of Animal Husbandry, Department of Livestock Development, Department of Education, Ministry of Education, State/Central Women Welfare Corporation, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Department/Board of Minority Affairs, Minority Finance and Development Corporation, Department of Youth Welfare and Cultural Affairs, Rajiv Foundation, Directorate of Backward Classes Welfare, Directorate of Disabled Welfare, Horticulture Department, National Horticulture Board, National and International funding agencies, Members of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS), Members of Legislative Assembly funds (MLA funds), and any other eligible sources
- For the attainment of its objectives, the Trust may acquire movable and immovable properties through purchase, lease, donation, gift, or collaboration. It may also raise funds from the general public through donations, wills, mutual exchanges, and seek assistance from governmental and non-governmental organizations, corporations, and commercial entities to acquire such properties for use in fulfilling the purposes of the Trust
To ensure the proper maintenance, management, and administration of the Trust’s movable and immovable properties
The Vedam Foundation Trust shall have the authority to sell, mortgage, lease, gift, rent, or otherwise transfer its movable and immovable assets in the interest of the Trust, as deemed appropriate
While investing the funds of the Vedam Foundation Trust, the Board of Trustees shall ensure that all investments comply with the applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and related legal amendments. Special consideration shall be given to the provisions under Section 11(5) of the said Act during such investments
The Vedam Foundation Trust may collaborate with other organizations that share similar goals and values, particularly those working to promote equality, and may engage with their members in joint initiatives
To arrange appropriate resources for the effective achievement of the Trust’s objectives
The Vedam Foundation Trust shall operate strictly on a non-profit basis, with no intent of generating profit from its activities
The entire corpus and income of the Vedam Foundation Trust, or any portion thereof, shall be utilized solely for the fulfillment of its stated objectives
To organize seminars and conferences at both national and international levels to promote and advance the objectives of the Vedam Foundation Trust

Educational Support
We believe education is the foundation of a brighter future. Vedam Foundation supports underprivileged students by providing free study materials, scholarships, coaching classes, and digital learning tools. Our educational initiatives aim to reduce dropout rates and e mpower children with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in life


Tree Plantation
It’s conducts regular tree plantation drives to promote environmental sustainability. By planting thousands of saplings in schools, parks, and public spaces, we strive to restore green cover, reduce pollution, and combat climate change. We encourage community participation in preserving nature and fostering an eco-friendly, healthier environment for future generations
Women Empowerment
Empowering women is central to our mission. Vedam Foundation runs skill development programs, self-help groups, and awareness workshops focused on women’s rights, education, and entrepreneurship. We help women gain financial independence, boost self- confidence, and build leadership qualities, creating opportunities for them to lead dignified, empowered, and self-sufficient lives
